The Cupid Made Me Do It! road race is part of the annual Romantic Willimantic Chocolate Festival, which starts at 11 AM. Over 30 businesses will open their doors and invite families to sample all types of chocolate goodies. Along with delicious food and drink, organizers promise a host of fun activities for the public.
